Village Hut

As Patience hurls herself at Coldon and Riceus, Coldon looks around not with it enough to do anything

Riceus is totaly with it and counter huls herself at Patience both icey claws formoced and slashes at the cat the slight of inpact seems cold and icey

Patience roared in pain, as she recoiled from Riceus' assault Patience began to thrash her paws randomly to defend herself. She hadn't even thought that Riceus would be able to land a hit on her spectral form, let alone cause pain.

As fury consumed Patience her form began to change again, becoming more unstable.

"HOW DARE YOU EVEN THINK OF STRIKING ME!!!" she screamed at the top of her voice.

Partially recovering her senses Patience flung her tail towards Patience, at the same time she extended her claws and slashed out towards Coldon.

'Lets she how you deal with that!' Patience cackled in her mind.

Coldon now begining to recover spots a small cup of water on the side with a small wave of his hand he move the water through the air freezing as it moves towards Patience.

Riceus see the tail and jumps it scoreing with 2 more icey claw strikes

Patience falls to the floor as the ice spike from Coldon and Riceus' glacial claws puncture her body. As ice fills her veins she rolls around in agony. Patience's unstable body, now severely injured, mutates as she staggers to her feet.

"You've pushed me too far this time. No more games!!!" Patience yells as she transforms into her true form.

Patience's tail splits into three seperate tails each with their own sharp pointed arrowhead tail tip. Scaly wings shot out of her back and expanded until they almost filled the entire room.

Patience, her transformation complete, roared defiantly at Coldon and Ricues. It was as though she was daring them to attack her in this form. As she roared flem and saliva flew towards the astonished pair.

Riceus jumps and rolss in the air getting hit on the front and landing a strike on Patience left leg and lands between her front and back legs

Patience's leg buckles as she half collapses back to the floor, as she does Patience begins to randomly lash out with her tails and claws. Patience's claws gauge marks into the walls of the tiny hut as her tails persist to destroy the remainder of Fay's meagre possessions. The hut is now a scene of complete devastation. Patience now longer has any control over her actions as blind rage takes hold of her mind, eliminating any hope she had of destroying her prey and putting her overall plan in jeopardy.

Riceus sences the cat falling and jumps out of the way and then jumps again digiing her claws into Patientsces left and hanges on for dear life but as she dose she seems to be getting weeker ands her anklet grows smaller

Meanwhille Coldon spots his staff and gose to where fay is lying to fend of any atack heading her way thou a couple of time loses his grip with the force of the blows

as the hut begins to demolish the moons rays begin to shine in and the pair begin to grow in stenght and coldon attacks with staff as well as defending

Riceus manages to atack as weeel as hold on

Riceus' last assault struck Patience in the very core of her being. Patience shrieked in pain as ice from Riceus' attack was sent travelling throughout her body, it wasn't long before Patience's body began too drastically cool. A fine mist of tiny ice particles shrouded the hut, large chucks of ice formed on Patience's body forcing her to collapse to the floor struggling to breathe. Patience, knowing that this was the end, tried one last desperate sweep with a claw. The offensive, however, failed to hit its target.

Patience's eyesight went blurry, the last thing she saw was Ricues charging at her with an outstretched claw and then there was nothing.

Riceus' attack hit Patience's frozen body with bullseye precision. The force of the impact caused Patience's body to shatter into a million tiny ice fragments. Behind the loud sound of shattering ice came another, quieter, sound. It almost sounded reminiscent of a scream, but it faded into the void before it could reach anyone's ears.

As Patience flitted out of existence, the night's air became cool, yet warm to the heart. An evil of this world had been vanquished and although this would not bring about ever lasting peace to the world, or anyone would make a parade of this. Coldon knew he had done well, he had slain the evil, and in his own world, peace had come.

Fay still lay there, the control Patience had on her, no matter how slight it was, still had a grasp on her, some lingering essence was still there. No matter how much time had passed she would not wake. Eternal slumber had fallen upon this wayward woman...but for forever? That all depends on the courage and quick thinking of Coldon.

coldon look atround the room something told him the flower he had bought to her was important he looked atround the hut apon finding it he placed it by fay nose so she could smell it.

Riceus meanwhille layed beside Fay tired from her batlle

The pollen from the flower crept up her nose, it's scent familiar, calming, warming and very precious to her. Stirring her from her slumber she could feel Patiences hold on her leaving, letting her become herself once more. Opening her eyes slowly, she looks upon the face of Coldon, soon a lone tear rolls down her cheek as she places a hand upon Coldons face.

"...Thanks you..."

With that said, she soon passes out, the weight of what once was too much for her to bare, she falls into a deep slumber.

coldon gose in to the bed room and collects pillows and bedding and places the opillows under fays head and covers her with a blanket he also removes a pillow case from another pillow and lays it over Riceus " sleep my friend u did well today "

coldon then spends sometime trying to tidy what is left of the hut to make it as little precetable as it is night time he looks outside to see if there is anyone around top help him as he would like to have food ready when fay wakes and Coldon is no cook

Sorwyn's sleep was disturbed by a load crashing sound in the near distance. After shaking off the remnants of sleep Sorwyn gazed out over the normally quiet village, the site that greeted him chilled him to his core.

"Great, all we need." Sorwyn mumbled to himself as he quickly dressed.

Sorwyn roused a few of the strongest villagers and led them to the ruins of Fay's hut, he gently pushed the front door open. The door itself promptly collapsed to the ground with a loud thud.

"What's been going here?" Sorwyn exclaimed, his voice tinted with shock and anger.

The rest of the villagers gathered closely behind Sorwyn, all trying to gaze into the demolished hut.

Coldon looked at Sorwyn and the villagers " are Sorwyn well what has happened was the nasty Patients that has been controlling Fay for i dread to think how long for tryed to destroy me thanks to my friend Riceus there" Coldon then point to the very asleep bunny "with a little help from me, manged to destory it unfortunanly the hut with it and i belive with something i obtain on my recent travels have manged to break the hold itr had on Fay now i am very sorry that the battle desturbed you nice people " Coldons tone of voice was very explanatory thou occatioly had a humble sound to it

Coldon then stood there hoping there would be no reprizles form Sorwyn or the villagers

Sorwyn quietly contemplated what Coldon had told him. It was true that he had noticed Fay acting differently in the last few years, he just assumed that she was becoming more eccentric with age.

Sorwyn could feel the crowd of villagers behind him getting restless. To ease the crowd's impatience Sorwyn held up a hand to call for silence.

"Fay needs to rest, when she's recovered we'll ask her for her side of the story as well." Sorwyn announced.

Turning to Coldon he said, "Please can you keep an eye on Fay and aid her recovery. I'll get a couple people to stay with you just in case you need any help."

Sorwyn motioned to a couple of the villagers to come over.

"Thank you Sorwyn of course i will look after the help would be once Fay recovered i hope to aid in getting her hut rebuilt thou i am not much of a craftsman" coldon says confidently thou by the end with a hint of regret

Sorwyn thanked Coldon and walked slowly back to his hut, he was constantly concerned for Fay. Despite her eccentricities they were both close friends.

As Sorwyn left the rest of the villagers began to disperse back to their own huts. Only two villagers stayed behind, Kor the village medic and a muscular looking man called Geede.

Kor approached Coldon, "Are you hurt?" she asked with a caring tone.

In contrast Geede stood silently by the broken front door with his arms crossed.

" Err no not thankfully i seem to have been lucky" as Coldon looks himself up and down he glances over to Riceus who is sound asleep " and it seems as if Riceus is ok as well bless her" Coldon looks at Riceus in admeration " Well i should introduce myself I am Coldon Relic and my furry Friend there is Riceus" as he points to the blue Rabbit " and your names are"

"I'm glad you and your companion are unharmed. I am Kor, the village medic." Kor smiled as she introduced herself.

"The silent guy at the door is Geede. He isn't known for his socialising skills but is probably on eof the best warriors we have. By day he's a lumberjack and during the night he helps with the patrols." Kor continued as she looked over towards Geede with a fond expression.

It was a while before Kor noticed that she had begun daydreaming, feeling embarrassed she smiled and faced away from Geede.

"You should get some rest, it looks like you've had quite an ordeal. Don't worry, we'll watch over you." Kor smiled at Coldon.

"erm yes sleep that would be i dont think i have done that properly in a whille" with that coldon finds a blanket and settle down to sleep beside Fay and riceus before a long Coldon is gentle snoring

Stirring in her sleep but for only a second, she could feel the presence of Coldon next to her, smiling softly she exits back into the slumber.

Coldon sleeps unmoved thou Riceus dose awake breathly streches her body and curls up in to a tight ball

As the daylight steadily dispelled the shadows of the night only Kor stirred as she began to attend the occupants of the ruined hut. Faye's condition was stable, yet she still looked incredibly weak. Kor came to a decision.

She passed Geede at the front entrance, a silent greeting past between them and then Kor was gone.

Geede, used to being on the night patrols, was still alert and waited patiently for the rest of the village to rouse from their slumber.

Coldon and Riceus stay fast asleep barely move not knowing what is happening in the world around them
